These terms cover your use of Intent, the Mac app, and this website. By downloading or using Intent you agree to them.

Free and paid use

Intent is free to download and use: unlimited for your first 7 days, then 5 sessions a month. A lifetime license, bought once, unlocks unlimited sessions and full recaps.

Your license

A license is for your own personal use, on Macs you own or use, up to the activation limit shown at purchase. You can move it between Macs by deactivating it in Settings. Please don't share, resell or publish license keys.

Purchases

Orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, who act as the reseller and merchant of record, and their buyer terms apply to the purchase. See our refund policy.

Updates

Lifetime means the app doesn't stop working and you won't be charged again. Updates are free for as long as we make Intent 1.x. A future major version may be sold separately; your 1.x license keeps working either way.

No warranty

Intent is provided as is. We work hard to make it reliable, but we can't promise it will be free of bugs or suit every purpose, and to the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses from using it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.

Changes

We may update these terms; the current version will always be here.
